Ms Mathur moved as PFA, SER

Ms Saumya Mathur - who is presently posted as Principal Financial Advisor (PFA) in Metro Railway - has been moved to South Eastern Railway (SER) in the same capacity. He is an Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS) officer.
