Ms Panwar appointed CGM (Civil), IRCON

Ms Sheela Panwar, Deputy Chief Engineer (Dy. CE), C, Northern Railway (NR), has been selected for deputation to IRCON International Limited as Chief General Manager (Civil) at Surat, Gujarat, for a period of three years. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
