Ms Richa Khare, who is presently serving as Principal Financial Adviser (PFA), Western Railway (WR), has been entrusted with the additional charge of Director (Finance), Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation Limited (MRVC). She is an Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS) officer.
