MS Sananwal appointed CELE, ECoR

Manjeet Singh Sansanwal, who is presently posted in East Coast Railway (ECoR), has been posted as Chief Electrical Loco Engineer (CELE) in the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
