Ms Vandana Kumar gets tenure extension for holding addl charge as DG, NPC

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion for extension of entrustment of additional charge of the post of Director General (DG), National Productivity Council (NPC) to Ms Vandana Kumar, IDAS (1992), Joint Secretary, Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion for a period of six months beyond June 30, 2018 or till a new incumbent joins the post, whichever is earlier.
