Mudit Bhatnagar moved as CPD (SD), SER

Mudit Bhatnagar has been transferred from Central Organisation for Railway Electrification (CORE) to South Eastern Railway (SER) and posted as Chief Project Director, SD. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
