Nabakishore to succeed Rashmi as CS of Manipur ?

Whispers have it that Oinam Nabakishore Singh may succeed Rajnai Ranjan Rashmi, Chief Secretary of Manipur, retiring on September 30, 2017.  Singh, who belongs to 1984 batch IAS of Manipur cadre, is due to retire in November 2019. (We said this on August 30, 2017)
