Narendra Kumar – who is presently working as Chief Project Director (CPD), Bridge Workshop (BW), North Central Railway (NCR) – has been transferred to Northern Railway (NR) and posted as Chief Administrative Officer, C-II. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
