Naresh Pal Singh appointed GM, NCR

Naresh Pal Singh, who is presently serving as General Manager, Banaras Locomotive Works (BLW), has been appointed as General Manager, North Central Railway (NCR). He is an Indian Railway Management Service (IRMS) officer.
