Narula to act as Chief Secretary
Umang Narula, a 1989 batch IAS officer , will act as Chief Secretary of UT, Ladakh. Presently he has been appointed Advisor to the Lt Governor. According to sources, for Laddakh CS and IGP posts are yet to be notified and till then Narula would be Advisor and Khandare will be Head of Police.
