NBCC celebrates gender empowerment

In a spirited effort to advocate for gender empowerment and recognize the invaluable contributions of its female workforce, Navratna CPSE NBCC (India) Ltd. hosted a celebratory function on International Women’s Day. The event, held at the esteemed India Habitat Centre in New Delhi, was a testament to NBCC’s commitment to fostering gender diversity and honoring the dedication of its women employees. The highlight of the ceremony was the felicitation of women employees who have served the company for an exceptional 30 years. K P Mahadevaswamy, the Chairman-and-Managing Director of NBCC, presented mementoes to these esteemed individuals, acknowledging their enduring commitment to the company’s growth and success. The event was further enriched by the presence of Mrs B K Sokhey, Director (Finance) as Chief Guest and she was recognised as “The Lady Icon of NBCC”. Throughout the day, attendees were treated to a variety of engaging activities, including musical renditions, dance performances, and talent shows, fostering a sense of camaraderie and celebration among all present. The event was graced by senior officials Saleem Ahmad, Director (Projects) and Mrs Ritu Pande, Chief Vigilance Officer captivated the audience with their motivational address.
