NBCC organizes XIV edition of Samvaad

NBCC CMD Dr Anoop Kumar Mittal addressing the employees at the 14th edition of the Samvaad said that the Navratna CPSE will have to step-up its order book execution capabilities. Samvaad is a quarterly brainstorming meet, organized by the construction behemoth, in order to take stalk of internal situation, growth trajectory, business development and systematic improvements in the style of working. “If we continue to work hard and execute our projects on time, no one can stop us from achieving the Maharatna status,” Dr Mittal said. The CMD and senior management engaged with around hundred officers in the daylong session and took their feedback on how to usher the company on the path of nation-building. The event was attended by Rajendra Chaudhari, Director (Commercial); Neelesh K Shah, Director (Projects), Sanjiv Swarup, CVO, Gyanesh Pandey, MD, HSCC and all senior executives of NBCC. CMD gave the credit of the company’s growth to its “hard-working” employees, who have been “instrumental” in raising the stock of the company in the sector in terms of more revenue generation and prestige.
