NBCC secures Rs 463 Cr order from IIM Visakhapatnam

Navratna public sector undertaking NBCC (India) Limited has bagged an order worth Rs 463 crore from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Visakhapatnam. NBCC has been awarded the work as Project Management Consultant for development of a permanent campus in phase One which will include Academic, Residential and Admin Blocks as well as Library, Labs, Sports and other common facilities. To be developed on a total area of 230.25 Acres with built-up area of 60,384 Sqm, the company will complete the project within 30 months.Speaking on the development, Dr Anoop Kumar Mittal, CMD, NBCC said, “The company has extensive experience in delivering world class educational and healthcare institutes. Sustainable development is our constant endeavour, which we institutionalise right from the concept stage and ensure quality and timely delivery.”
