NBCC signs MoU with HUDCO to develop Institutional Complex

NBCC (India) Limited signed an MoU with HUDCO to develop an institutional complex on a 10-acre land parcel owned by HUDCO. The development will be located in Sector 62, Noida, in the Gautam Buddh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh. The project is valued at Rs.600 Crore approximately. The MoU was signed by A K Goyal, ED (Engg.), NBCC and S Thankraju ED (PD&S), HUDCO in the presence of K P Mahadevaswamy, CMD, NBCC, Saleem Ahmad, Director (Projects), NBCC and Sanjay Kulshrestha, CMD, HUDCO along with other senior officers from both the organisations on November 27, 2024. NBCC shall be executing the project on “Concept to Commissioning” basis. The project aims to focus on the complete design of a mixed-use building, which will include institutional office spaces and commercial areas.
