NBCC signs MoU with Sahakari Awas Nirman Evam Vitt Nigam Ltd

NBCC signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Sahakari Awas Nirman Evam Vitt Nigam Ltd on January 9, 2025 for execution of mixed land use development of Poorvi Vihar, Lucknow. The MoU was signed in the presence of Dr. Suman Kumar, Director (Commercial), NBCC by the authorized representatives of both the organizations. Out of a total land area to be development, 50 acres will be developed in first phase at an approximate cost of Rs. 3,500 Crore. NBCC will be responsible for engineering, procurement, and construction in accordance with the scope of work, agreed standards, and technical specifications.
