NBCC to build REC township, signs MoU

NBCC (India) Ltd., a Navratna CPSE, signed an MoU with Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd. (REC) on March 1, 2018 for construction of ‘REC Township’ at Gurugram (Haryana) at a project cost of approx. Rs 192 crores. The proposed Township shall have 244 no. of dwelling units of various sizes with a total built-up area of 37,000 sqm.  The MoU was signed by Yogesh JP Sharma, Executive Director (Engg.), on behalf of NBCC and Praveen Kumar Singhal, General Manager, on the behalf of REC.
