This MoU aims to establish a world-class cultural centre dedicated to the preservation, promotion and global presentation of India’s rich cultural heritage.

The MoU was signed in the presence of Dr. Yogendra Narain, IAS (Retd.), Chairman, India International Cultural Centre, and Dr. K. P. Envisioned as a landmark institution, it will promote India’s heritage, education, arts and literature while fostering international cultural dialogue and embodying Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam. Spread across 1,260 sq. m., the project comprises 3 Basements + Stilt + Ground + 7 Floors, with an estimated cost of Rs 26.69 crore (excluding GST). The campus will follow GRIHA/IGBC green-building norms, reflecting NBCC’s commitment to sustainable cultural infrastructure.
