NCLT gets 14 Judicial Members

As many as 14 Judicial Members have been appointed to National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). They are: Justice Rajesh Dayal Khare,  retired Judge, Allahabad  High Court; Justice Venugopal M, Judge, Madras High Court; Mohammed Ajmal, Judge, District Court Kandhamal, Orissa; Pravas Kumar Singh, Judge, District Court Godda, Jharkhand; Patibandia Satyanarayana Prasad, Legal Advisor, RBI; Ajay Kumar Vatsavayi, Judicial Member, CAT; Rajasekhar V K, Advocate; Suchitra Kanuparthi, Advocate; Abni Ranjan Kumar Sinha, retired, District Court Judge, Jharkhand; Sushma Chawla, Judicial Member, ITAT; Ashok Kumar Borah, retired District Court Judge, Sonipur, Assam; Dr Poondla Bhaskara Mohan, Advocate; Sucharitha R, Advocate and Venkata Subba Rao Hari, Ex Presiding Officer, DRT I, Mumbai.
