NDTV founders, Prannoy and Radhika Roy, resign from board

Prannoy Roy and Mrs. Radhika Roy have stepped down from the position of Whole-Time Director, designated Executive Co-Chairperson, of New Delhi Television Limited. Besides, Kaushik Dutta, Ms. Indrani Roy and John Martin O’Loan have resigned from the position of Non-Executive Independent Directors while Darius Taraporvala have stepped down as Non-Executive Non - Independent Director of the company.
