NE states and Chandigarh will get new police Chiefs
In the recently held JCA meeting, the proposals to appoint new DGPs in some NE states and Chandigarh have reportedly been approved. About a dozen IPS and equal number of IAS officers are likely to be affected in the transfers. Orders are likely to be issued any day.
