Nestlé India Leadership Shuffle

 CFO Svetlana Boldina announced her departure effective January 31, 2026, as part of global internal mobility to a new assignment with a Nestlé affiliate. Simultaneously, Jagdeep Singh Marahar was appointed as Whole-Time Director effective June 2026. This aligns with Nestlé’s strategy for volume-led growth and tech enhancements, as stated by new Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) Manish Tiwary, who emphasised acquisitions if opportunities fit.
