Netlink Solutions India Ltd appoints Gopalkumar Ranparia as MD

Gopalkumar Girdharbhai Ranparia has been appointed as Additional Director–Managing Director of Netlink Solutions India. Meanwhile, Dilipkumar Gajanand Nikhare has been appointed as Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) on the Board.

Separately, Mrs. Kajal Gopal Baldha has resigned as Whole-Time Director & Chief Financial Officer while Kaushal Ameta has stepped down as Independent Director of the company.
