New Bill to give more autonomy to Major Ports

If Parliament pass the Major Port Authority Bill, then Major Ports will enjoy more autonomy and flexibility and will adopt more   professionalize approach in their governance, The proposed Bill will replace the existing Major Port Trusts Act, 1963.
