NHAI’s advertisement overlooks Standing Committee’s recommendations on vacancies ?

A recent advertisement published by National Highway authority of India (NHAI) for officers on deputation at DGM, Manager & Deputy Manager level under the Finance cadre, surprisingly overlooks Parliamentary Standing Committee’s recommendation and approval of NHAI own past Chairman's in their respective tenure to fill up this vacancies on direct recruitment as no candidates turning up for this posts on deputation for many years. Reasons being discussed at the corridor is that the policy formulation at CGM/GM level are done by officers on deputation are so powerful who carry the legacy of safeguarding the interest of deputationist rather the organisation which on many occasions even the Union Minister, RTH too advocated the same.
