Nilabhra Sengupta, who is currently serving as Chief Signal & Telecommunication Engineer (CSTE) in Metro Railway, Kolkata, has been entrusted with the additional charge of the post of Director (RS&T) at Kolkata Metro Rail Corporation Limited (KMRCL), effective from September 1, 2024. He is an Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) officer.
