Nilmani appointed PCE, NER

Nilmani, who is currently serving as Senior Deputy General Manager (SDGM) in North Eastern Railway (NER), has been posted as Principal Chief Engineer (PCE) in the Railway. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
