Nilmani Brahma posted as PCE, NFR

Nilmani Brahma, who is presently serving as Chief Bridge Engineer (CBE), Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR), has been posted as Principal Chief Engineer (PCE) on the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
