Nine CSS officers promoted to Deputy Secretary grade in GoI
As many as nine officers of Central Secretariat Service (CSS) have been promoted to Deputy Secretary grade in Government of India. The officers are: Rakesh Pal, Bimlesh Pawar, Rakesh Kumar, Sanjay Kashyap, Kamchin Naulak, Arun Kuamr Biswas, Sunil Kumar Mandi, Ghanshyam, Hemant Kumar.
