The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has recommended as many as nine candidates from private sector as Joint Secretary in Government of India on contract basis. Accordingly, Ms Kakoli Ghosh has been recommended for the Ministry of Agriculture, while Amber Dubey was approved for the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Arun Goel for the Commerce. Similarly, Rajiv Saksena has been recommended for the Economic Affairs; Sujit Kumar Vajpayee for Environment; Saurabh Mishra for Financial Services; Dinesh D Jagdale for New & Renewable Energy; Suman Prasad Singh for Road Transport and Bhushan Kumar was recommended for Shopping.
