Nivedita Sarda re-appointed Independent Director, Electrotherm India

Electrotherm (India) Limited at their 37th Annual General Meeting held on 9 August, 2023, has re-appointed Ms. Nivedita R. Sarda, a Chartered Accountant and Corporate Lawyer, as an Independent Director for a second term of five years. The shareholders of the Company have once again reposed their confidence in the current leadership & board of directors of the Company.
