However, there are no existing IPS officers of this batch in most of the States. The cadres, which do not appear in the list include: Andhra Pradesh, Assam-Meghalaya, Jammu & Kashmir, Karnataka, Kerala, Nagaland, Orissa, Telangana and Uttarakhand.
