No empanelment of IIS after 1988

IIS officers are sore over not given chance for deputation after 1988. According to sources selectively some officers were sent on deputation. Ministry of I&B had an embargo on deputation for IIS officers in 2010 for some time but during that period some officers were given chance for deputation. It is said that officers, upto 1995 batches,  of other civil services are on deputation.
