No IPS officer from 15 States empanelled as DG in GoI

The names of IPS officers of 1987 batch from 15 States are missing in the empanelment list  for DG issued by the Government of India. However, no IPS officer of 1987 batch was found from three States: Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Nagaland for the empanelment. Besides, missing states despite having eligibility are: Andhra Pradesh, Assam-Meghalaya, Gujarat, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Manipur, Sikkim, Telangana, Tripura and Uttar Pradesh.
