The extended tenure of P S Reddy , Managing Director & CEO of Central Depository Services (India) Ltd in ending on March 31, 2019. He was appointed as MD & CEO on April 1, 2012 for a term of three years then re-appointed as MD & CEO for another term of three years.Later SEBI granted another extension of one year w.e.f. April 1, 2018. Now he is ineligible for any further extension and re-appointment as MD & CEO of CDSL.
