No post-retirement appointments without vigilance clearance

The Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) has formulated a procedure that retired employees can be engaged only after seeking vigilance clearance from their parent organizations. No post-retirement contractual employments/assignments or consultancy can be made without vigilance clearance.
