No suitable candidate in three meetings

In three-day continuation meetings on November 28, 29 and 30, the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) did not find suitable candidate for the Board level appointments forcing itself to see more candidate. On November 28, meeting was held for Director Marketing, National Textiles Corporation Limited, but only one candidate turned up for interview while PESB held interviews for Managing Director, Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC) and four candidates were interviewed, but no candidate was found suitable. Besides, interviews for held for Chairman & Managing Director, Mineral Exploration Corporation Limited (MECL), but only one candidate appeared for this profit making PSU.
