No time frame for filling up vacancies of judges in SC & HCs: Govt

The Central Government has informed that filling up of vacancies in the Supreme Court and High Courts is a continuous process. While every effort is made to fill up the existing vacancies expeditiously, vacancies keep on arising on account of retirement, resignation or elevation of Judges. Hence, the time frame for filling up of the vacancies cannot be indicated.
