No transfers after Feb - ECI

Election Commission Of India (ECI) has catagocally said the state govts that no transfers postings of IAS, IPS officers and those are engaged for election duties, will be allowed after February 28,2019. ECI has also decided that no officer connected directly with the elections shall be allowed to continue in the present district of postings if the officer is posted in home town or the officer has completed in that district during last 4 years or would be completing three years on or before May 31, 2019.
