No view of RBI Nominees on Lakshmi Vilas Bank’s proposed merger
The Reserve Bank of India says that the two Nominee Directors appointed by it on the Board of Lakshmi Vilas Bank have no view on the Bank’s proposed merger with Indiabulls Housing Finance. The merger approval is pending with RBI.
