Now he will be boss of two batches of IFS

With Vijay Mohan Kwatra, senior-most IFS officer in 1988 batch, being appointed the new Foreign Secretary, now a piquant situation has arisen in the MEA.  Now he will be boss of his two senior batches. Now Indian High Commissioner in London Gaitri Issar of 1986 batch, officers of 1987 batch including Indian Ambassador to Bhutan Ruchira Kamboj besides Jaideep Sarkar, Ahay Bisaria, Sanjay Bhattacharya, Sangeeta Bahadur and Ashok Das will report to the 1988 batch IFS officer Kwatra. In 1987 batch, senior most was D B Verma who retired from Moscow recently.
