Officers not interested for CMD, HLL Lifecare Ltd ?

It appears that the officers at Joint Secretary level are least interested for the post of Chairman-cum-Managing Director, HLL Lifecare Limited lying vacant since June 1, 2016.  The Government has extended last date for applying till September 7, 2018 so that more candidates could apply for the post. The Government of India has decided to fill this post by an All India Service officer after PESB did not find suitable candidate at its selection meeting held on January 31, 2017.
