OGAS officers to be considered for grant of NFU to Addl Secretary

The officers of Organized Group 'A' Service (OGAS) posted at centre and were not granted Non-Functional upgradation (NFU) and completed the necessary residency period in their respective feeder grades as on the crucial date of eligibility will be eligible to be considered for grant of NFU to the Additional Secretary level after two years of promotion of Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers. As 1996 batch IAS officers have been promoted and now 1994 batch other OGAS officers can be promoted to the same.
