Oil India Ltd contributes Rs 5 crore to CM’s Relief Fund for Assam

OIL limited contributed an amount of Rs 5 crore to CM's Relief Fund for Assam as a response to the ongoing Assam Floods. The cheque was handed over to Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma CM of Assam by Sushil Candra Mishra to CMD Oil India limited in presence of Rameswar Teli, Minister of State, Ministry of Petroleum and Labour & Employment. The CM of Assam also unveiled the plaque to mark the laying of the foundation stone of OIL’s Guwahati Office & Skill Development Institute. The office-cum-institute will be built on a 5-bigha plot given by Assam Govt. on a long-term lease.
