Onam bonanza for Kerala beverages corporation staff UPDATED

In a bonanza for employees of the Kerala State Beverages Corporation, the Keralam govt has announced an Onam bonus exceeding Rs 100,000 per head. The security staff will get Rs 13,000 and housekeeping staff Rs 6,500 each. The decision was cleared by the Excise Minister M. Liju, ignoring the Rs 281 crore losses incurred by the corporation this year.
