One of Board Members in Transport Ministry under PMO scanner?

Whisper has it that one of the senior Board Members of the Division under the Ministry of RTH is said to be under PMO scanner for adversely creating hindrance in the authority functioning? It is whispered that the past Chairman also complained about him to the highest authority and withdrew a major chunk of its work allocation. It is now said certain reports are being asked by the PMO on his functioning for which even the past Chairman and politician from the cadre worked with this officer are also taken into board.
