The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has given one time relaxation to all the IFoS officers for filing missing Annual Immovable Property Return (AIPR) off-line for the year 2022 . In a letter to all state Governments and Union Territories, the Ministry has said that the amendment carried out in the AIS (Pay) Rules, 2016 which inter-alia made it mandatory for officers to file IPR. However, an opportunity is being provided as a one time measure to all the IFoS officers who have missed out filing their IPR on-line as on 31.01.2023 to file their IPR off-line for the year 2022.
