Only one Member in DCC !

P K Sinha is the only Member in the Digital Communication Commission (DCC). He is Member Finance. Two posts of Members - Technology and Services are lying vacant. These two vacant posts are meant for Indian Telecom Service(ITS) officers. The Commission has the strength of three Members and a Chairman. It comes under the Deptt of Telecommunication, Ministry of Communications.
