Orders of Justice A K Mittal as MP HC CJ in a day or two

The file regarding Justice A K Mittal, Chief Justice of Meghalaya High Court’s transfer to Madhya Pradesh High Court as Chief Justice had been signed for final approval by the Prime Minister, it was learnt. It may be recalled that the Supreme Court Collegium had recommended transfer of Justice A K Mittal, Chief Justice of Meghalaya High Court to Madhya Pradesh High Court as Chief Justice.
