Orders of Rajnish Kumar as SBI CMD issued

Orders of the appointment of Rajnish Kumar as new CMD of the State Bank of India have been issued. He is presently MD of the Bank. He would succeed Arundhati Bhattacharya.

Will Rajnish Kumar be new CMD of SBI ?

Rajnish Kumar is said to be ahead in the race for the post of CMD State Bank of India. Kumar who is MD and Executive (NBG)  has been  with the SBI for over three decades. Only thing is his residual period will be less when present Chairperson Arundhati Bhattcharya  relinquishes  the post on October 6.

No outsider to be SBI Chief !

This is almost certain that no outsider will be appointed new CMD of the State Bank of India. Term of the  present CMD Arundhati Bhattacharya is coming to an end in September.
