Oriental Rail Infrastructure Ltd appoints Saleh Mithiborwala as MD

Saleh N. Mithiborwala has been appointed as Managing Director (MD) of Oriental Rail Infrastructure Limited. He replaces Karim N. Mithiborwala, who has stepped down as the Managing Director of the company. Meanwhile, Mithiborwala will continue to serve as Chairperson and Chief Financial Officer of the company. In addition, Tahaa S. Mithiborwala has been appointed as Additional Director and Whole-Time Director of the company. Mrs Sheetal Nagda has been re-appointed as Independent Director with effect from December 14, 2026.
